| Down at the waterfront, just below the Quality Straand Hotel & Resort, the Straand Summerland welcomes you with a sandy beach, climbing frames and playgrounds including trampolines, beach-volleyball courts, lawns and sandpits, plus rowing boat rental, canoe- and water-bike rental. Should you fancy a bicycle tour, the hotel offers both regular bike and off-road bike for rent. Close to the Summerland area, the Straand Horse Centre can provide horses and carriages for exciting riding excursions. Should you get hungry during the day we recommend a visit to our outdoor grill, offering light meals, ice cream, lemonade, beer and wine.
