Børning actor Trond Halbo takes us inside the cars of people at Straand Car Final 2025. In this film we meet Torjus Kubberud Alten and his Ford Crown Victoria police car from the USA, Kristoffer Strand from Jørpeland with his Fast and Furios replica of a Mitsubishi Eclipse and Odd-Egil Andreassen from Kodal with a self-restored Volvo Amazon 1968 model. 🙂
“You have to go to East Berlin and pick up a hearse!” was the modest car painter and stunt driver Eivind Lindstrand from Hønefoss received from the producers ahead of the film Børning 3. In the clip, he and actor Trond Halbo talk about the special hearse that appears in the film.

Straand MC hub and Viken Motorsport Club are arranging a Motorsport Norway event at the airstrip in Fyresdal (closed area). The purpose of the event is to learn how to handle their own car better and further develop the drivers’ driving skills. Planned exercises are Autoslalom and Street-Legal (according to regulations from Motorsport Norway). With the event, the organizers want each participant to further develop their driving skills and become better acquainted with their own car and the characteristics it has. We want to contribute to the zero vision in the injury statistics on Norwegian roads by contributing to safer and more secure drivers. It is therefore important for us to reach out to different types of drivers and types of cars. We want an individual focus where our goal is that each driver is developed based on the level they themselves are at.
Event manager: Eddie Mathisen, course instructor Vidar Lavoll and his team, have experience in carrying out similar events and that they led us through similar events last year. The safety of drivers, other participants, officials and spectators is a top priority. Our goal is to create an annual event with a focus on road safety and skills development. We believe that driving skills are perishable and need to be regularly renewed and developed.
Registration at the reception at the hotel on Friday 27.09.24 and at Fyresdal airport on Saturday 28.09.24 at. 09:30-10:00.
Welcome and drive wisely! Greetings Straand MC Hub – We make others happy!
