Welcome to a summer weekend where the joy of golf meets Telemark’s beautiful nature and Straand Hotel’s warm hospitality.

The annual Summer Scramble brings together players from far and wide for a day filled with competition, socializing and experiences out of the ordinary.

Play on one of Norway’s most idyllic 9-hole courses – Vrådal Golf Course – surrounded by shiny water mirrors, green fairways, and majestic mountains. After the competition, the evening awaits on the veteran ship MS Fram, where you enjoy cold refreshments and the view of the golf course from the lake, before rounding off the day with a tasty dinner and prize ceremony at Straand Hotel.

Program

On August 30, we invite you to a golf tournament with après-golf on the veteran ship MS Fram and dinner at Straand Hotel.
We play a 2-man team scramble tournament over 18 holes. Pool 1 starts at 08:00 and group 2 starts at 11:00

At 18:00 we board the veteran ship MS Fram at Småstraum lock for après-golf.
Here you can enjoy cold refreshments while you get to see the golf course and nature from the water table. The boat docks at Straand Brygge (the hotel)
At 20:00 there will be dinner with a prize ceremony and socializing at Straand Hotel .
