Veteran boat
Our venerable veteran ship M/S Fram is a great alternative for both transport and celebration. We are happy to pick up wedding guests at the church. After a beautiful round on the golf course at Fossøy, we can pick you up in the lock and take you on a great après-golf cruise.
The ship, which was built in 1909, has a capacity for 90 guests with a sundeck and indoor dining.
Here we can serve sparkling drinks and different types of food such as tapas or cured meats.
Vintage Car and Vintage Bus
Straand has been an important hub for travellers over the years, and the joy of driving lives on at the hotel.
We have several vintage cars at our disposal, including a 1969 Cadillac DeVille Convertible, which can be used for driving in connection with their celebrations.
We can also provide veteran buses for larger groups who need transport.
Transport
We at Straand Hotel have a car and minibus that can be used for transporting our guests and can also organize bus transport for larger groups if needed.
We also have good connections to various veteran clubs that are happy to provide old vehicles or buses if you want a transport a little out of the ordinary.
