From the hotel, we look over to one of Norway’s most beautiful 9-hole golf courses, located on Fossøy. Here you can enjoy games on a very well-maintained golf course with its own irrigation system straight from Lake Nisser.

Telemark is rich in cultural history and with Straand’s central location, it is easy to reach everyone with short and eventful car stages. In the immediate area you can experience Hamaren and the treetop lighthouse in Fyresdal , the waterways in Telemark , the UNESCO World Heritage Site Rjukan-Notodden industrial heritage , the fantastic Z-museum in Treungen , the potholes in Nissedal and Bø Sommarland to name a few.
