Vrådal is nicely located at the north end of Lake Nisser and here we are surrounded by forest and mountains, with our own little “inland archipelago”.
There are many good opportunities for different types of water sports.

At Straand Hotel you can rent a kayak for those who want a leisurely rowing trip around on the water

Prices for kayak rental in 2024 are;

1 hour NOK 150,-
3 hours NOK 300,-
Full day NOK 400,-

For renting a kayak, a wet card or equivalent level of experience is required.

Please note that it is required by law to use a life jacket in all types of leisure boats that are moving on the water.
You can bring your own life jacket or rent one from us for NOK 50,-
