Have a coffee in Fram Bar, enjoy something good in the glass on the terrace or lower your shoulders in the Apple Garden with a view of beautiful Nisser.

At Straand Sommerland you will find a beach bar, simple dishes, ice cream, drinks and activities for both young and old at the water’s edge.

For us, good food is also about where it comes from. That’s why we work with local ingredients and let Telemark add flavour to our experiences. We call it ‘The Taste of Telemark’ – because we believe food tastes better when the ingredients are local, seasonal and have a story to tell. At the same time, we believe local ingredients are a better choice for the environment, with shorter travel distances and greater focus on what’s right around us.
