From Monday, October 23 to Friday, October 27, we will provide training and recruitment opportunities for local students and apprentices.

MONDAY 23 OCTOBER
NKL, RM & SSR days start. Teachers, students and apprentices arrive.
Information & get to know each other dinner.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 24
Study trip for apprentices and students:

Company visits focusing on regional food and drink, food traditions, production and marketing.
Visits to: Holte duck & goose, Lien Gård & Lindheim.

Study day for 10th graders:
Under the auspices of NKL. Activities around local food and drink, regional food traditions. Joint production of dinner for themselves as well as apprentices and students for the afternoon. 

WEDNESDAY 25 OCTOBER
Raw materials course for RM:
Raw materials course. Desserts, chocolate, baking.
Vegetable course with production of traditional food with Ukrainian refugees from the region.
Mystery basket will be awarded. Submission of the championship menu on the same evening.

SOME, sales & marketing plans for SSR:
SOME, sales and marketing plans.
Hosting role, storytelling, trending producers at Tik Tok.
Concept for posters, menus and themes.
Mystery basket is handed out. Submission of sketch for proposal the same evening.

THURSDAY 26 OCTOBER.
Competition day for students and apprentices.
A selection of refugees participate "behind the scenes" and also as guests during the evening's competition dinner.
Selection of "Mountain Chef of the Year 2023" and "From sea to shining sea".
NHO Reiseliv member dinner and invited guests participate.

FRIDAY 27 OCTOBER
Recruitment workshop:
From the employer side, hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, public sector.
In addition, students & apprentices from RM and SSR, teachers and representatives from the training offices.
