16:30 Cider seminar Cider producers from Telemark hold a seminar on Norwegian (and Telemark) cider.
You will learn about cider from Telemark and taste several different ciders from regional producers, together with tastings from local producers.

19:00 Festive evening with entertainment, regional food and drinks.
